Tulip Festival & Anacortes

On Monday we woke up and it was such a beautiful day and I didn't have any appointments set, so we decided to take a quick little day trip to the Tulip Festival up in Mount Vernon. We sure had a fun time. After we got bored at the festival we decided to go exploring and came upon the town of Anacortes. We found a lovely park and took some great pictures.

An interesting note from our trip was our encounter with a man at the festival. He came up to us and asked if he could take our picture as a family. After the picture was over he asked if we knew of the board game "Sequence", which we own. Well turns out this man was the inventor of this game and told us to email him our address and he would ship us his new kids game once he got home to Texas.
